Technical Training Course for LPC Employees

In accordance with the policy of the management board of Lam Pham Construction Co., Ltd. in 2012 regarding the training plan to improve professional qualifications and the quality of design products for construction projects in France, from September 12 to October 6, 2012, LPC organized a training course to improve design skills under the guidance and instruction of two Vietnamese-French structural engineers, Pham Cong An and Tran Van Son.

Mr. Pham Cong An and Tran Van Son are experienced structural engineers with more than 40 years of experience working for Bouygues, one of France's leading construction companies. They have participated in the design of many world-famous projects, such as the renovation of the Louvre Museum, the Arc de Défense, Tour First, and others.

These two highly experienced engineers are both patriotic Vietnamese. Although they have lived away from their homeland and worked in France for many years, they have always wished to contribute to Vietnam's construction industry by passing on the skills and work experience they gained during more than 40 years of working for France's largest construction company to generations of young Vietnamese engineers.

From LPC's side, since its early days of establishment, the management board has continuously organized training courses for LPC employees to improve their professional qualifications and expertise in structural engineering and construction practices in France, which have long been renowned worldwide in the construction industry.

The noble aspirations and dedication of Mr. Pham Cong An and Mr. Tran Van Son, together with the efforts of LPC's engineers, contributed to the success of LPC's third professional training course on projects in France.

On October 6, 2012, together with the two experts, the management board of Lam Pham Construction Company held a closing ceremony to review and evaluate the training course. The closing ceremony took place in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, promising a new phase in the company's development.
