According to reports submitted to the Government, the apartments in the project have 2–3 bedrooms, with a selling price of approximately VND 13 million/m² and a maximum price of around VND 1 billion per apartment. Buyers can borrow approximately 70% of the apartment’s value.

The Yen Phong Social Housing Project consists of two projects: Cat Tuong Smart City Social Housing Development and Thong Nhat Smart City Social Housing Development, with a total planned area of up to 185 hectares.
