1. Thanh Cong Tower (PD17 Project) – Key project

The PD17 Project – “Thanh Cong Office Building Combined with Smart Parking and Services” is a large-scale project invested in by Thanh Cong Group. With a land area of more than 3,100 m², the project has a construction area of nearly 18,000 m² and a total floor area of more than 38,300 m² upon completion, promising to become a modern landmark named Thanh Cong Tower.

Located at lot P-D17 on Dich Vong Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Thanh Cong Tower is expected to provide a wide range of excellent amenities. The project stands out with a modern office block along with areas for relaxation and leisure, including a coffee shop, gym and spa services, and an airy rooftop space close to nature.

The PD17 Project was designed with an impressive structure consisting of 3 basement levels equipped with a smart parking system and 16 above-ground floors, including 6 high-end office floors, 8 parking floors, and 1 auditorium floor. The project is considered ideal as it fully meets requirements for smart parking, lighting systems, and European-standard fire prevention and firefighting systems. In particular, the building also features a rooftop helipad – a rare amenity among other projects.

Thanh Cong Tower was honored in 2 major categories: Best High-Rise Office Building in Vietnam 2021 and Best Office Architecture Design in Vietnam 2021. LPC's contribution as the design consultant played a significant role in this achievement.

2. ENZO-VIET PROJECT – Fast-track construction in 45 days and nights

In 2007, Thanh Cong Group officially invested in Ninh Binh Province by constructing an automobile manufacturing and assembly plant at Gian Khau Industrial Park. With a record construction period of only 45 days, the project not only marked a major step forward for the Group but also made an important contribution to the local socio-economic development, affirming Thanh Cong Group's position among private enterprises in Vietnam.

The Thanh Cong Automobile Center and Infrastructure Renovation Project (Enzo Viet) was carried out by LPC in 2021, with LPC serving as the architectural and landscape design consultant. LPC was responsible for developing the concept and renovating the Administration Building, Canteen, and Entrance Gate, ensuring that they met the new functional requirements of the investor. This is considered one of the fastest projects carried out by LPC and Thanh Cong Group. The entire project was completed in a record time of only 45 days and nights before the official handover.

After completion, Enzo Viet gained a completely new appearance, not only improving its functionality but also becoming more modern in terms of architecture and landscape, meeting the actual needs of the enterprise. Through research and a site survey of the project, LPC proposed renovation solutions to ensure modern architecture, structure, and functionality.

The project's Administration Building underwent a façade renovation while retaining the existing structure. With a modern and sophisticated architectural style, unsuitable steel structures were removed. The building continues to serve as an office while adding a Pantry room. In particular, LPC skillfully incorporated greenery and natural materials into the space, creating an airy environment and a stronger connection with nature, contributing to improved morale among employees after stressful working hours.

3. Yen Phong – Bac Ninh (Cat Tuong – Thong Nhat Smart City)

The social housing project in Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province, was honored by a visit from Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in July 2023. The Prime Minister highly appreciated this model and affirmed that Bac Ninh is a model for developing social housing, particularly for workers in industrial parks.

In the context of many changes in the labor market today, social housing has become a trend that investors are particularly interested in, thanks to significant preferential policies from the State in recent years. Although this type of housing is not new, it continues to evolve to meet actual needs. However, ensuring compliance with State standards and regulations while optimizing functionality and providing adequate amenities for residents remains a difficult challenge that requires appropriate solutions.

Cat Tuong Smart City social housing complex in Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province, is highly regarded for its construction objectives and overall solution. LPC is proud to serve as the general consultant for landscape design and to provide and transfer the Ubot flat slab solution to the investor. The project architecture was scientifically planned by LPC, divided into building blocks suitable for their respective functions and the overall landscape.

4. Ham Long Project – A flexible conversion project

Ham Long Building (HEAC Building) is located at No. 14–16 Ham Long Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. With the advantage of being in a central but not overly crowded location, the building is a suitable choice for businesses looking for office space in this area at a reasonable cost.

The building is constructed on a land area of 1,849 m² and consists of two office-for-lease areas: Building A with a floor area of 540 m² and Building B with an area of 210 m². The building is 6 stories high with 2 basement parking levels and offers flexible rental areas starting from 50 m², 100 m², and 150 m², effectively meeting customer needs.

At No. 16 Ham Long, the 4-story building is considered a highlight of this street, with LPC's main role being the Design and Construction Consultant. Therefore, its lines and features bear LPC's distinctive characteristics, contributing to a modern and attractive building for the area.

5. Royal Golf Club

Royal Golf Club, located in Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh Province, covers an actual area of nearly 3,000 ha and is situated next to Yen Thang Lake. Royal Golf Club is known as the largest golf course in Vietnam at the time. Designed by Nicklaus Design Companies – the renowned company founded by legendary Jack Nicklaus – and supervised during construction by Flagstick and expert Donald Page, the golf course was invested in by PV-INCONESS Investment Joint Stock Company.

Construction of the project began in 2007 and was completed and put into operation in 2013, with a total investment of more than USD 369 million, together with the cooperation of international experts from the United States, Australia, and Scotland, as well as Vietnamese engineers and design consultants, with LPC serving as the design consultant and provider of the Ubot hollow box slab solution.
