These buildings are designed to minimize environmental pollution and eliminate negative impacts on human health and ecosystems.
Conventional buildings consume 40% of energy, 25% of wood, and 17% of water, while generating 40% of solid waste and 33% of CO2.

- Function: Fixes the height of the lower concrete layer and releases air in the event of a fire.

This technology uses plastic balls placed in the middle of the slab and the load-bearing reinforcement. It helps reduce the amount of concrete by 35%. However, its disadvantages include the balls being easily broken, difficult positioning, and uneven concrete thickness.
c. Cobiax slab technology
Cobiax slabs use hollow blocks fixed with steel cages to overcome the disadvantages of Bubbledeck slabs, providing more uniform concrete thickness and better load-bearing capacity.
