Job description: Create 3D drawings and architectural and interior visualizations

Requirements:

• Passion for architectural and interior visualization

• Skills in developing technical construction drawings for interiors.
• Good knowledge of materials and interiors.

Job description:

–   Have an understanding of structural engineering and M.E.P to coordinate effectively when working as a team

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years
• Proficient in software: Cad, Shop, Sketchup, Revit

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job description:

• Prepare construction quality management documentation
• Calculate and defend the quantities for acceptance within the assigned scope of work
• Prepare tender estimates and quotations, perform quantity take-offs, and monitor assigned projects in terms of quality, unit prices, and payment schedules.
• Prepare as-built and final settlement documents, monitor contract implementation, and the construction payment and settlement process
• Calculate and manage construction investment costs.
• Perform construction quantity take-offs
• Check drawings and quantities and ensure accurate calculations.
• Proactively and flexibly resolve technical issues and other arising matters.

Requirements:

• Experience: over 2 years
• Experience in preparing cost estimates for building projects
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively handle assigned tasks.
• Proficient in office support tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD), Windows operating system, and cost-estimating software
• Agile, intelligent, hardworking, creative, with good professional expertise and qualities. Responsible and honest.
