2. Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering or another relevant field.
- At least 01 year of experience in the design, supervision, and construction of civil projects of comparable scale.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese and international standards, regulations, and technical codes.
- Good knowledge of structural mechanics and strength of materials.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexible thinking and a proactive working style.
3. Detailed job description:
✅ Direct management of on-site construction activities:
- Manage construction work progress on site.
- Plan and manage assigned tasks according to the approved project schedule and overall progress.
- Collect specific on-site work requirements.
- Evaluate and report the daily/weekly progress of teams/subcontractors.
✅ Quality management:
- Directly inspect and accept the quality of incoming materials and construction work.
- Complete quality assessment forms in accordance with the company and investor’s quality management system.
- Guide and control construction teams/subcontractors to ensure compliance with the company’s construction procedures.
- Inspect and evaluate construction quality.
✅ Safety management:
- Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations on site.
- Participate in supervising and inspecting the safety practices of teams/subcontractors at the construction site.
