Summer vacation trip for LPC employees in 2020!
Beating the summer heat and easing work pressure and the challenges of early 2020, with the support and care of the Management Board, LPC organized a vacation trip for its employees.
The trip was organized to provide employees with moments of rest and relaxation after stressful working days. In addition, it was also a meaningful activity that helped bring all employees together, providing an opportunity to socialize and strengthen unity and bonds within the company.
The summer vacation trip organized by Lam Pham Construction Co., Ltd. took place from June 24, 2020, to June 25, 2020, in Ha Long – Quang Ninh. Ha Long is likened to a heavenly landscape, with the beauty of mountains, sea, culture, history, and people. All of these elements have created an enchanting Ha Long that anyone who has visited even once will remember forever for its poetic and majestic beauty.
In addition to time spent relaxing, enjoying the vacation, and exploring the country’s famous scenic attractions, the organizers also held a summer feast and a teambuilding program for everyone to participate in, demonstrating team spirit, collective strength, inspiring creativity, and strengthening connections among members of the LPC family.
Organizing an annual vacation trip gives employees the opportunity to socialize and share experiences from work and life, serving as an important foundation for shaping LPC’s unique corporate culture.
