Internal Football Tournament of Lam Pham Construction Co., Ltd.
On the afternoon of July 10, 2020, at Tuoi Tre Football Field (Hanoi), the LPC Management Board organized the “Lam Pham Construction” internal football tournament. This was one of the activities aimed at promoting physical fitness, enhancing the spirit of sports, and strengthening unity among members of the LPC family.
Having become an annual sporting activity organized by the company’s Management Board for many years, the tournament aims to create a healthy playing field, promote physical fitness among employees, and create an environment for greater interaction and stronger bonds among members.
The “Lam Pham Construction” internal football tournament was organized in a direct-match format. The tournament featured 2 seeded teams: the LPC Architectural Design Team and the LPC Human Resources and Administration Team. Despite the hot and sweltering summer weather in Hanoi, the players’ competitive spirit remained undaunted.
Exciting and dramatic match developments
Right after the kickoff whistle, the two teams entered the match with enthusiasm and excitement, creating spectacular scoring opportunities. The competition became even more intense thanks to the enthusiastic support of LPC’s young and energetic fans. The continuous cheers and applause provided tremendous encouragement to the players on the field.
Both teams fielded experienced players. With a friendly spirit and a relaxed mindset, they delivered many skillful plays. At the end of the first half, the Architectural Design Team was temporarily leading with a score of 3 – 0.
Entering the second half, after adjusting their tactics and personnel, the players from both teams continued to compete with great effort. After an intense back-and-forth, with a strong squad and ideal height, the Architectural Design Team secured a convincing 4 - 1 victory over the Administration team.
The “Lam Pham Construction” internal football tournament concluded successfully with spectacular plays in the spirit of unity, Fair-play, and enthusiastic support from the spectators.
It can be said that, alongside work pressures, LPC’s regular organization of internal football tournaments demonstrates the Management Board’s deep concern for employees’ well-being, creating a more cohesive working environment and motivation for employees to work with peace of mind.
