Internal training at LPC – term 1/month of March

In the recent first internal training session of March at LPC, with the following content:

• General introduction to LPC – Department/Division system chart: helping employees improve their individual understanding of the LPC common family.
• General introduction to LPC’s business areas
• LPC D&B: Design and Build General Contractor
• LPC Plastics: Research and application of recycled plastic products as construction materials
• LPC C&D: Design Consultancy – Supervision and Project Management
• LPC I&D: Interior Design and Construction
• LPC France: Construction and Technology Transfer

With the motto “LPC turns challenges into opportunities through innovative solutions and new technologies. We are a pioneer in advanced solutions for the construction industry,” the LPC training session once again introduced the services and technological solutions that LPC is developing to improve employees’ knowledge and understanding of the services and technological solutions that LPC is implementing.

When mentioning LPC, Ubot flat slabs – a green construction solution – cannot be left unmentioned. Ubot: Large spans, high aesthetics, economic efficiency, and architectural flexibility.

Along with that are GRC/GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete, a new construction material), together with the implementation of LPC BIM.

Or a rainwater recovery solution based on the principle of hollow plastic balls. Creating large hollow blocks underground – LPC E.Bubble.

High-strength precast concrete modular houses – LPC Smart. This is known as a construction solution that is not new, but its improved approach significantly reduces construction time and saves costs, bringing economic and schedule efficiency. This is also one of the environmentally friendly green solutions.

BTLG – precast concrete frames must also be mentioned, with resistance to corrosion, durability over time, low costs, and a long project lifespan.

In addition, LPC Shearfix – shear studs, are calculated and designed according to EUROCODE and BS EN 1992-1-1:2004 standards. This makes it easy to control the construction process and ensures compliance with the design requirements.

Finally, LPC_Dome must be mentioned: Raised Floor – Anti-Damp – Heat Insulation. This is a construction solution for creating a technical floor, a natural ventilation system, and an air cushion for ground floors, building floors, and roofs in new construction or renovation projects in civil and industrial construction.

Through the training session, LPC introduced its employees to the activities planned for implementation in 2021.

In order to improve the work efficiency of the Company’s employees as well as its corporate partners and customers, the LPC Care activity series was launched with various practical activities such as: a series of internal cultural activities – providing employees with necessary information and organizing social and recreational activities to create cohesion, happiness, and comfort in terms of spirit, thereby creating efficiency, productivity, and quality in work. It is also impossible not to mention the partner relations activity series – organizational activities demonstrating the company’s care and attention toward customers, contributing to increasing opportunities for customer cooperation.

In addition, to help limit the rate of unemployed graduates or graduates working outside their trained professions, LPC organizes activities in cooperation with universities (Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi Architectural University, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering) to bring the knowledge taught at universities closer to reality. This helps students adapt promptly to practical work after graduation.

In addition, reiterating some of the Company’s regulations for LPC employees is indispensable. This helps all employees as well as interns at LPC grasp and better understand them, contributing to building a professional and effective working environment and workspace.

Through the internal training sessions, it is clear that the role of internal training at LPC cannot be denied. The positive effectiveness that training activities have brought in practice has demonstrated their importance to LPC’s comprehensive development plans and orientation. Increasing labor productivity and work efficiency, creating stability, improving knowledge and skills, as well as saving costs are significant benefits that internal training has brought.
