On June 4, 2019, the topping-out ceremony of CDA Tam Trinh – the most anticipated shopping center, supermarket, and product exhibition project of Thanh Cong Group in 2019, with LPC providing construction supervision consultancy and project management consultancy, was successfully held.

Advanced construction technologies and solutions

At the CDA project developed by Thanh Cong Group, where LPC provides construction supervision consultancy and project management consultancy, the Carbon reinforcement solution was used to enhance the sustainability of the project. This reinforcement solution was implemented using a method to repair and upgrade the operational and functional capacity of existing structures with high-tech carbon fiber composite (FRP) materials, offering advantages in durability, heat resistance, and load-bearing capacity. The application of this solution further demonstrates the quality of the CDA project.

In addition, the CDA project also uses Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC), which is highly suitable for renovating existing structures, enhancing aesthetics, improving sound and thermal insulation, and extending the service life of the building. At the same time, it preserves the lines, colors, and textures of the renovated architectural structure.
