EFFORTS BEAR FRUIT: Hyundai Dong Do Tam Trinh Showroom Officially Opens Its Doors to Customers

After a long period of dedication, we can finally see the results of our efforts come to fruition. CDA Tam Trinh, which was once filled with construction materials, has now taken on a new look – more impressive, more modern, and bearing an equally elegant official name: Hyundai Dong Do Tam Trinh Showroom.

This is one of the projects invested in by Thanh Cong Group – LPC's strategic partner and close “brother”. Having accompanied Thanh Cong Group on countless projects, Hyundai Dong Do Showroom is the project that has left LPC with the strongest emotions, not only because of its impressive scale and close relationship with the Investor, but also because of the one-year journey of working on and being closely involved with the project.

Hyundai Dong Do Tam Trinh Showroom can be considered the most anticipated project of 2019 for both Thanh Cong Group and LPC. The building was renovated from a supermarket into an automobile showroom with multiple functions:

• 💼 Floors 3 + 4: Operations offices
• 🔧 Floors 5 + 6: Workshop providing automobile repair services

With the trust of the Investor, LPC participated in the project as the Design Consultancy, Construction Supervision Consultancy, and Project Management Consultancy. In addition to being proud of this responsibility, being entrusted with a major project such as Hyundai Dong Do Showroom required LPC's employees to remain fully focused and devote all their efforts to meeting the Investor's expectations and developing the best solutions for this renovation project.

For this renovation project of Thanh Cong Group, LPC used the Carbon reinforcement solution to enhance the sustainability of the building. This solution upgrades the operational capacity of the existing structure using high-tech carbon fiber composite (FRP) materials, offering advantages in durability, heat resistance, and load-bearing capacity.

In addition, the project also used Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC), which is highly suitable for renovating existing structures, enhancing aesthetics, sound and thermal insulation, and extending the service life of the building. At the same time, it preserves the lines, colors, and textures of the renovated architectural structure. In addition, Floorcrete reinforced flooring, prefabricated fencing, and a solar panel roof were also applied by LPC.

To ensure that Hyundai Dong Do Tam Trinh Showroom stayed on schedule and was ready to welcome customers this month, LPC and the contractors worked closely together to accelerate the progress as much as possible. On some days, the number of workers reached more than 200. This truly represents the result of the efforts of hundreds of people.

On December 14, 2019, LPC officially handed over the project to the Investor – Thanh Cong Group
