2. The Government Selects 18 Leading Enterprises in the Social Housing Sector

According to Official Dispatch No. 9142/VPCP-CN dated September 25, 2025, the Ministry of Construction reported and proposed 18 construction enterprises with the capacity to participate in developing key social housing projects in 15 provinces and cities with the highest demand nationwide.

The list includes major names such as:

• Vingroup, Sun Group, Viglacera Corporation, HUD, Hancorp, Becamex IDC, Vinaconex, KBC, UDIC, Nam Long, Cat Tuong, TasecoLand…

These enterprises all have strong financial capacity, highly qualified personnel, modern management systems, and, in particular, a strong sense of social responsibility.

Strict standards for quality, area, and environmental performance have also been established:

• Apartment areas must not exceed 70 m²
• Grade IV construction quality, ensuring thermal insulation – sound insulation – energy efficiency
• Environmentally friendly and meeting “green building” criteria

The hollow structure inside Ubot boxes helps reduce concrete consumption by 10–30%, thereby reducing the load transferred to the foundations, saving costs for load-bearing structures and foundation reinforcement.

Beamless – Optimized Floor-to-Floor Height

Ubot flat slabs eliminate the beam system, helping reduce floor-to-floor height while maintaining load-bearing capacity.
As a result, investors can add more usable floors or increase commercial space without exceeding planned height limits.

Sound Insulation – Thermal Insulation – Energy Savings

The hollow box structure creates an air layer that helps limit heat and noise transmission, providing a quieter living environment and reducing energy consumption.

Resource Optimization – Environmental Protection

Ubot boxes are made from recycled Polypropylene and can be reused multiple times, reducing the exploitation of forest resources (timber formwork) and aligning with the direction of green construction – sustainable development.
